On Monday, May 2, the fourth “Leadership Basic Course” was held.

This time, the theme was ‘Coaching and Logical Thinking” and we had a lecture from Professor Tamura.

In the active learning session that followed, there was a lively discussion about the three elements of WILL, MUST, and CAN while asking students to imagine their career design.
The coaching practice with each other deepened the discussion and made it very exciting.
The same theme will be explored further in the next session.

In PBL (Project Based Learning), there was also a lively discussion in each group on how to proceed with the issues presented by Mr. Sugita last week for the mid-term report.
